KATHY ROSEBERRY
PRINCIPAL & STRATEGIST

For twenty-five years, Kathy strategically led Fortune 500 companies, elite branded properties, international entertainment and lifestyle marketing, sports and licensing practices as partner and co-owner of a leading U.S. partner marketing firm. During her tenure, she developed a reputation for creating some of the most high impact strategic partnerships working with brands like 20th Century Fox/Disney Theatrical Home Entertainment and Retail, Fox Searchlight, Great Clips Salons, Acorn TV, Great Wolf Resorts, TBS and Peanuts Worldwide. To say she knows the spirit of getting people to work together toward a common goal is an understatement. Her work has led to international recognition, including with multiple Reggie Awards.

Today, Kathy rolls up her shirtsleeves and works with teams directly to leverage insights, opportunities and optimize business and brand goals.  Whether augmenting teams as a promotion strategist or working to create brand partnerships and alliances with other like-minded company, Kathy uses her experience and strong organizational aptitude to elevate programs and projects, generate cash/revenue, add value and optimize budgets.

Early on Kathy managed high profile national promotions working for the largest consumer and trade promotion shopper marketing agency, spearheading strategic programs for major CPG, retail and tech brands like Sprint, Kraft Foods, Chiquita Brands, Dairy Queen, ConAgra Foods (Healthy Choice), Arby’s, Keebler, General Mills, Coors Brewing, Pepsi, Turner Broadcasting. Today, that experience proves valuable time and time again with teams and often serves to influence partnership marketing strategies.

 

Her community support includes advising Second Harvest Heartland, one of the nation's largest food banks, and serving as the Board Chair of the Twin Cities Film Fest. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Marketing Communications from the University of Minnesota.

JO-ANNE EBENSTEINER
CONSULTING PARTNER

Jo-Anne brings nearly three decades of brand, promotion and executive creative leadership to Roseberry. As a consulting partner with Kathy, Jo-Anne joins the ideation team to inspire fresh thinking and stretch imaginations to see opportunities beyond traditional, low-risk, low-reward ideas.

 

Prior to Roseberry, Jo-Anne was President, COO and ECD of Thorburn, a nationally recognized branding and advertising agency where she led the digital transformation of the agency, led the strategy, client service, media and creative teams. One of her campaigns was so powerful, it gained $3.5 million in measured media in 18 months. Prior to Thorburn, Jo-Anne was the Chief Brand Officer for Coolibar, a mission-driven, direct-to-consumer, sun protective apparel brand where she led the brand transformation, all marketing, branding, advertising, digital and social campaigns, ecommerce renovation, Amazon storefront, merchandising and promotion planning, influencer and partnerships, and public relations. Her team collaborated with high profile melanoma survivors Nora O'Donnell, anchor CBS Evening News and 1996 Barcelona Olympic Swimming gold medalist Summer Sanders and influencers to create national awareness campaigns.

With omni-channel experience across retail, financial, entertainment, travel, consumer goods and services, fashion, luxury, hospitality, tech, health, home and lifestyle, Jo-Anne has touched just about every category but thrives on looking at new ways to address old - and new- challenges.

Jo-Anne serves as Board Member and Marketing Chair for The Foundation of PSUSD, a nonprofit that funds innovative educational opportunities for 22,000 socioeconomically disadvantaged students in California's Coachella Valley. She holds a Masters in Business Communications from the University of St. Thomas and an undergraduate Bachelor of Science in Mass Communications/Advertising.
